Even though I mainly work on my tablet, I love filling sketchbooks and getting back in touch with paper ! During my walks, I always slip a notebook into my bag. In a park or in a coffee shop, there are always plenty of things to sketch. This fuels and enriches my work. I also sometimes sketch from photos. The idea is to let the pencil go, not to worry too much and too bad if it's not perfect. No pressure, just the simple pleasure of drawing!
